Horrible after sales service

Absolutely poor service! Wish I had never purchased a Renault. Leaving us stranded on the other side of the country with no solution. Can't believe that a new car (kwid) can have so many issues in such a short time. Phoning their call center is one massive waste of time! Utterly useless.
