HORRIBLE AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE - RENAULT CENTURION

I bought a brand new Renault Climber from Renault Centurion.

The sales person, Nico van Wyk never discussed adding extras like smask and grab and Matrix with me. Upon the day of delivery extras was added to the OTP that was never discussed. I did not mind since I was planning on having these installed anyway.

I asked the person doing the admin to e-mail me a copy of the contract together with the certificates for the smash and grab and Matrix. It took me more than a week to get a copy of the contract. About two weeks later Renault had me sign another contract when they came to fit the number plates. Apparently the vehicle description was incorrect on the contract. I once again asked about the certificates I did not receive. I received a call the following Monday to inform me that they did not fit Matrix and it was arranged. If I did not insist on the certificates the Matrix I paid for would never have been fitted. After threatening, sending numerous e-mails, complaining to client services, making an unknown number of phone calls I finally did get my certificates from the dealer principle, Wandile. Today I noticed that the number plates in the front and back of the car differs and they have fitted my car with incorrect plates!!! Who is going to take responsibility when I get pulled over?

I am so deeply disappointed in the level of service of RENAULT CENTURION that I would discourage anyone from buying from this specific dealership. I love my car, but the whole sales experience has taken the joy right out of driving my new Renault!
