********** after sale service

<p>I bought a used Renault Clio 6 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the natis document and papers. I dealt with Bradley Gower and then his manager Mark, but the terrible service continued. I have phone a dozen of times to follow up and am then told that they will call me back in 1 hour... I am still waiting for the phone call. No reasonable explanation can be given why I am still waiting for my car's papers 6 weeks later, but that they will phone me back. Everytime I call again I get the same song, yet they NEVER phone me back. This is by far the worst service from any car dealership I have ever received. They just dont give a damn! </p>
