Hopeless, pathetic, arrogant saleswoman

Sadly, very disappointing service from Pinetown Branch. I contacted them for information about a new Duster. I already own a new Clio. The woman who called me back wanted to know my budget. Would any idiot request to buy a car if they don't have money for it. I told her budget is not my problem. She asked me when I would buy it. I said in 2 weeks time! The sheer arrogance of this pathetic woman!!! This woman rep**** so rudely that she will phone me back in two weeks time!!!! Is this what they train their sales staff to do? Where is the courtesy, where is the offer to look at the car and take it for a test drive, where is the manager who allows them to treat customers like dirt? If I buy a Duster, it certainly won't be from this mannerless woman! I would like to talk to the manager to tell him that his staff is pathetic. Imagine her cheek to tell me that she will talk to me in 2 weeks time!!!! Arrogance personified!
