Hi, I hope this note will reach some one at renault who will be able to assist me with my car on going problems. My car went in to Renault fourways workshop for exhaust in March 2021, I pay over 20000 Rands for repairs and after numerous follow-ups was told the car was fixed and ready, upon collecting the car it was in a worst state than before, exhaust sounded like a truck, engine was full of oil, I then returned the car back, 6 months later after numerous follow ups the renault driver came my car it was leaking and overheating I couldn't accept the car, to this day only renault knows what is going on with my car, every time I follow up I get a new technical diagnosis of the problem and lies about the car. My car has spent most of the year with renault than with me. My car issues go back to 2019 when the car had warning lights and was towed and fixed by Renault Bryanston it has never been the same since then. I am now beyond frustration and disappointment. Renault is definitely not for people like me.
