I bought a Sandeep stepway plus 2018 m0del in September 2018 a month later the car had a sign of no airbags and I returned it to the dealership in Alberton and they told me they were recalling for airbags for all sanders manufactured in 2018 then from then I encountered problems with the car. For almost after every 2 months the car would pop out an engine light without going when I go to the dealership to check they tell me it's flywheels they reset it I went for the same id's r almost 6 times, the other issue I had was break light from the back when I got to a bump or Bamber it falls out of which I went to the dealership to fix. Now the car is only 8 months already the starter did not start the engine at 14000 km. I went to the dealership it was confirmed that the starter has a problem they have to replace it. I always called Renault customer service every time I am having a problem problem but they will refer me to the service department and after a month or so another problem arise I opt for a new car since the car is giving problems and is a brand new car they told me there is nothing they can do but rather fix it for warranty and the car is not mine is the "bank's". I am paying a brand new car that I take for repairs every second month. I bought a new car because I did not want to be going to mechanic but now... Renault is a disaster... Even on their new brands
