Have been having problems with my car and reporting it to Renault, even reported it to their CEO Jaco Oosthuizen

Have been having problems with my car and reporting it to Renault, even reported it to their CEO Jaco Oosthuizen. I just do not get proper response from them for the last 3 months, besides that they will investigate the matter, yet no one has phoned me to bring my car anywhere for investigation.
