Group1 Renault The Glen _ Total poor service!!

What a sad and time wasting experience at Group1 Renault The Glen. My car is due for a service and I made a booking which was confirmed for 31/08/2019 at 9am, I also received an SMS as a confirmation. On the Saturday of the 31/08/2019 I went to the dealer and was assisted by a gentleman named Lionel, he said that I should leave my vehicle and he will contact me after a couple of hours. I then received a call from the same guy after two hours and he told me that they are unable to get my car serviced because a specific FSP that I am registered with does not operate on weekends and therefore I should wait until Monday.

A lady named Feni and a Manager Gerrard both apologized for the inconvenience and promised me that on Monday (02/09/2019) they will send someone to come and collect the vehicle from my workplace in order to get it serviced and then return it before I knock off. It's the 4th of September today and no one has been in contact with me.

This is a shame because to me it clearly means that they only care about you when you're interested in buying a vehicle from them. Once that is done then the element of TCF dies out completely. Group1 Renault in The Glen is totally poor in servicing their clients...
