GREAT SERVICE, WITHOUT AN END

These 5 stars goes to the staff of Renault Paarl. After the great experience by son in- law received from this service outlet,I recommended them to my friend. He made a service appointment yesterday,26 August 2023. The front office lady told him,that they are fully booked,but if he come at 06h30 he will be first in line,for a service. I accompanied him,and it turned out to be the case. Every member of the staff,greeted every client,with a smile and true hospitality. We were all offered a cup of hot beverage choice ,which was great on a cold,wet Cape winters morning. Then a designated driver took us to a nearby mall, to shortened the wait. He also picked us up,after notification from the friendly front office lady. Back at the service centre the front office lady fully explained in detail,what was done and the next service. I'm very proud to say that I will continue promoting great service , one can expect from this service centre. Thanks to all the staff members of Renault Paarl.
