Great Service from Renault Pinetown

My daughters car (Sandero Stepway) had a leaking CV joint boot. A common fault do the quirky design of using gear box oil to lubricate the CV joint. Almost a week after the boot was replaced by Renault, the seal failed completely leaving half the gear box oil in the parking lot of her college.

I phoned Renault Pinetown and let them know that I was not not pleased. I had phone calls from 3 senior managers at Renault and, since the car was now in PMB, Doug from CV Joint services PMB phoned as well to see when they could fetch the car.

They let me know every step of the way how the repair was going and money was never even discussed. Hats off to CV Joint services in PMB and to Renault Pinetown for a very quick recovery.
