Great service from Ellene Appalsamy (Renault Roodepoort)

On the 26th of October 2020 we took our car to renault cause the starter had a problem. When we got there we were assisted by a lady by the name Ellen Appalsamy from the Roodepoort branch. She made sure to listen to the complaint and refer us to the relevant people. Honestly there was a lot of back and forth that really irritated us however throughout all of this she still maintained communication and kept her cool and was always respectful in her approach. Thank you Ellene for giving us such a great service in our frustration and understanding. You and Steven from customer care really made the experience a bit bearable.

People like you restore faith in humans and that we can still treat eachother with respect and love regardless of Age and race.
