Elzabe Loubser and Douglas Kekana - Ambassadors for the Renault Brand No customer can ask for a better after sales team. I urge every new/ returning Renault customer to only deal with Douglas or Elzabe. THINGS GET DONE. CUSTOMER NEEDS COME FIRST. These two will ensure customer satisfaction. I have purchased a brand new 2017 Clio from Elzabe and had a factory defect on the left front door. Elzabe immediately arranged for the vehicle to be inspected - Douglas checked in the vehicle for assessment and repairs. The vehicle was sent to the Renault approved panelbeaters under warrantee and I was notified that the repair would take a week. As Elzabe and Douglas are aware, this was my only vehicle. They have arranged a Sandero as courtesy car which I only drove around for 3 days as they pushed for the vehicle to be repaired soonest. I highly recommend these two people at Renault Northcliff - they know what sales and after sale service is all about. Well done team.
