Great service, but very slow with settling my vehicle!

Overall, I am very happy with the service I received at Renault Mobeni when I got the Clio Intens 😍. I love my car, she's a beaut. However, I am VERY disappointed at the fact that they haven’t settled the car I traded in till today. The installment went off last month and I have been waiting for nearly a month to get a refund. You have been very slow. I am concerned that two installments for both cars will go off next week if it’s not settled in time. Come on, this is not on.
