Great manager that saved the day

All started well with the sales consultant, then all of a sudden, there was a lot of loose ends, miscommunication and arrogance that was fast leading to the deal not to be concluded. When I expressed my concerns, Godfrieds stepped in to save the day and I left driving my Renault Duster thanks to him. I applaud the patience this man exercised, fast thinking, ability to work smoothly with others like Rene his collegue and others to put customer satisfaction first. This man turned my fast growing frustration into a major satisfaction and addictipn to the branch with commitment from me that I refer business to this branch under him and Rene. Godfrieds and Rene trully are managers and should be rewarded as such.
