Good Manager

<p>This is my second Renault Megane, I have been servicing my cars and getting parts from Renault Northcliff since 2009. I have to commend Alvin the service manager as he has a tendency of treating customers with respect and dignity. He makes you feel like you are the only customer and addresses you appropriately (as he calls me Mr Pooe). He carries himself in a very friendly at the same time professional manner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I previously had an issue with my car and I was advised to speak to Alvin, he listened to me and made me feel like I do matter. I had to service my car yesterday (28/ Feb/ 2017). I was told they had one driver and he can only take me to work at around 10h00, Alvin came out and suddenly the issue was resolved. He organised me a driver that took me to work, I did not even wait for 10 minutes. He is one the reasons why I often choose to go to Renault Northcliff</p>
