Good day sir/madam I bought my car April 2023 from Renault South Africa in East London, I am servicing my car with them but currently i am not happy with their service I have brought my car to them since 18th October 2024 for their attention and they have been telling me they are waiting for the warrant office to approve parts before they can order, mind you its been full 2 weeks the car its with them all they can say i have to be patient my question was Why are they not consider assisting me with the other car for transport the answer i got was i have to wait for warrant to approve we are getting into 3rd week now still nothing improves, i need help kif they cant or failing to fix my car within this week why cant they take their car???????
