On the 5/8/15 took my car to Renault DTM Somerset West for inspection due to some rattling sound I needed to be checked. I was at the waiting room the sales consultant by the name of Joseph Mphuthi introduced himself to me, and asked me what was I there for, told him about my car problems. When Janre (workshop manager) gave feedback, one being I needed to change the two back tyres.<br> Joseph told me he can get me brand new tyres Michelin because there was a client that bought Renault Sandero and wanted to modify the car by fitting the exact tyres my car has,finace wasn't approved.he told me each tyre cost about R1600. I need two tyres that will be R3200.He then said to me that he can actually help me and get them at a staff price of R1000 which will cost me R4000 for 4 tyres instead of buying two. i didn't have cash so I wanted to pay, and he said rather I deposit it into his personal account nd keep prove because he will pay via transfer and give me proof of purchase.To date 24/08/2015 i haven't received my tyres. He corned me to think he is helping me. yet its **********.His manager Dewit says he wont be involved. yet its his employee who corns customers for money.DISGUSTED
