*****, deposit never returned

I had ordered a car part and was asked to pay a deposit of ZAR 1552, which I did. When I got there it turned out I didn't need this part and it was anyways gonna take months to be delivered, so they offered to cancel the order and to give me a full refund. This happened in June 2022 and until today I have not received the refund! Renault Knysna is keeping my monies for a part which I never received! Manageress Chantelle is aware of it and has promised to help me get the refund, but nothing. She blames former owner Debbie Kenny to have ****** the monies. As a loyal customer I just feel very disappointed. This is so unprofessional for RENAULT KNYSNA.
