Purchased a pre-owned car on 24/11/14, the car already had a safety film on the floor when I saw it, to my surprise they **********ly charged me R2500 as an extra which I have to pay over 6 years of the contract. I spoke to the financial lady and salesman who admitted there is an error on their side and referred me to the dealer principal, the dealer principal George Laas kept sending me from pilar to post he even tried to throw me off by saying they had helped me with the registration of vehicle which they already charged me for .I even have the certificate from the previous owner that the vehicle had the safety film when it was traded in ,the supplier also confirmed that it was fitted by them the previous year<br> To make matters worse while traveling at night with 7 year old son, I was stopped at a roadblock and they found that the permit the dealership has given me was ********** and belong to another vehicle. They put me and my son at risk because they wanted to impound the car, I had to plead an beg them and promised to park the vehicle the whole weekend.They let me go and I was without the vehicle the whole weekend . All I want them to do is pay my money with 6 years intrest
