FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST RENAULT TYGERBERG

I bought my new Renault Clio iv from Renault Tygerberg on 4 May 2015. On acceptance of the vehicle a test was done to assure that all was in order. As it was autumn and thereafter winter I had no need to make use of the air-conditioning system. On 9 September 2015 I left for Swellendam where as it was spring warmer weather was upon us. I switched on the aircon just to find that it was not working. <br> I have received a letter in the post from Renault that they would like me to bring my car in to their workshop as they want to test the brakes, as they might have a break recall on all their new Clio's. I booked my car in for 21 October 2015, for them to also have a look at my aircon. I was informed that the brakes were fine but that my aircon was faulty and that they re-gassed it with dye and I should wait a couple of weeks to see if the problem persists. The aircon worked once whereby I made another appointment to bring in my vehicle. On 03 December 2015 I took my car in for the second time to assess the problem. I was informed by the workshop that my whole aircon system is faulty and they have to replace the whole thing which apparently is quite intensive and takes 2-days to repair,
