forever changing break pads and discs- Renault clio 4 expression

<p>I bought a clio 4 expression 2013 brand new.I.was a learner driver that time. 2015 Jan my car had a problem with the break pads. I had to change them. I was not happy with that but I changed them because I thought that maybe it was because I was a learner driver so I used the breaks a lot. 2016 beginning of the year my car made a skreaky and scratchy noise,again I was told I needed to change the break pads and discs. as angry as I was I changed them. spent my last cent on them. now its 2017 my car is again making the very same noise. shouldn't break pads and discs lasts for about 2-3 yrs or even longer. im beginning to think that my car has a breaking system problem. there is no way that one can change these things yearly. I am never ever buying a car from Renault. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! This car is milking me dry. I am not at all happy. in fact I am heartbroken because I love my car but this ongoing problem is giving me headache</p>
