Faulty Renault Kiger amt

I hope this email finds you well, I bought a car and it seems to have problems with rolling on steeps and it's an automatic and I know it should not be doing that. I went to the dealership and they indicated that that's how they are made but I am not comfortable driving a car that intentionally rolls as it poses a risk to be bumped by other cars. I am not sure what the procedure is to lodge this complaint as I am not happy to be paying for this car.

I would like to return it to Renault and share my options with other dealerships. taking into consideration that I paid a big deposit and I don't have a balloon. Kindly assist me with the way forward before there is an accident from the unfortunate design of that car.
