Faulty gearbox

I am so disappointed that you do not care about your clients, hardly 2 months after buying the car gears started locking, checked the car in fault was apparently not picked up I then went to test drive the car with them and guess what gears locked..told you that I have a pre planned trip with my family the following day you refused to loan me a car yet your car is faulty, I should have checked reviews before buying because I told by Steven that there's nothing they can do no amount of explanation could change his and the dealers mind ...in the 4 months I've had the cat I have received nothing but the worse service from Renault I regret the day I enquired about your car and filled in the application I curse the day...lesson learned and am sure going to share my experience with my social media contacts to stay away from Renault.
