FAULTY GEARBOX

I purchased a brand new Renault Sandero Stepway on 1/10/14 & occasionally the gearbox would grind. For the 15K service I advised Service Department to check the noise on the gearbox. They advised the synchronize needs to be replaced. To get the part from France took over a month. They booked in the vehicle for repairs on 18/1/16 & ready for collection on 20/1/16. The following morning I battled to get the car into reverse. I contacted the Service Department about this problem and took the vehicle back the Friday. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle advised my gearbox needs more oil and this was done while I wait. The morning of 3/4/16 on my way to work the gear lever was unstable and I heard the grinding noise again when shifting into second gear. I phoned the service department and made a booking for 14/4/16. I started to get concerned and agitated with this problem and took the vehicle to the Service Department and the Supervisor test drove my vehicle who noticed the unstable gear lever. My vehicle was taken in today and I received a call the gearbox will be removed and vehicle retained, days unknown. No courtesy vehicle offered for my inconvenience.
