Faulty drivers side window for the past 3 years

Good day

We bought brand new Renault Kiger t Zen in 2022 from Heycarter Melrose Arch . About two months before the 1st service was due in September 2023 the drivers side window stopped working and off course i contacted and emailed everyone involved Renault SA ,MFC and Heycarter . Got a call back from Renault SA ,spoke to Kabelo and he assured me it might just be the window switch and that the vehicle had a 5 years manufacturers warranty and so on The vehicle was taken to Renault Northcliff for the window repair as well as the service ,the vehicle was at Northcliff for 2 days. I was assured between Kabelo and Northcliff Renault that the issue is resolved to date i di not receive a report. however continued my complain as I was not satisfied buying a brand new vehicle and having it go in for repairs however all complain and concerns fell on deaf ears all round. The next year came 2024, again about two months before annual service is due low and behold the window stops working again same process followed could not find Kabelo nowhere spoke to Simon and al involved their team leader at *** Millisha Rajoo ,this was again assurance from Renault SA to sort out the issue as it clearly was not seen to the 1st time , however upon collecting the vehicle the service advisor at Renault Northcliff simply told me there was nothing wrong and they lubricated the window and its working fine , no one followed up once again and i have voiced my concerns over and over , so the 1st time it was not repaired at all as well as the 2nd , time .Low and behold comes 2025 3rd service is sue in August 2 weeks ago the window stops working and now U have gone through the same process Millisha Rajoo the team leader at Renault SA rushed through the call not addressing one single concern only telling me that it will be fixed and no guarantee at all just brushed it off ,Renault Northcliff the new DP Vishal took the vehicle to inspect it and has come back confirm what we as the customer was saying and asking for the asked years ,he confirmed that indeed it is the mechanism and it was this all along and that he can lubricate it (what they have been **** all along) for us to use it while the part is being ordered(which will take 21 days of inconvenience) but he sai=d that it is risky as we might roll the window down and not be able to get iyt up agian .The lubrication that was done in the past to fool us that the window was actuallt repaired only last for so long as explained by Vishal the current DP at Renaukt Northlciff and then the mechanism burns out. So the bottom ine is that we were sold a faulty vehicle passed off as new .We were **** to by Renault SA as well as Renault Northcliff and still today Millisha Rajoo acted like she was just too busy to address the actual concerns and provide constructive resolution to our real concerns and we have to date still not received any feedback form Renault SA to follow up and advise we were simply just told to wait 21 days and drive around without and window that works ,because why we bought a 2nd hand vehicle form Renault and should bear the consequences? What happens to us as clients if this window keeps on giving problems in the future because it was broken since it came to the dealership floor i would assume. Renault SA please take this vehicle back as it has now given so much of grief, is a risk to drive especially with kids and *************, and there is not customer service satisfaction from Renault SA. To Vishal at Renault Northcliff thank you for being straight and honest and identifying the fault that was not addressed ,a report would be nice
