Faulty car that was sold to me and now no one want to assist me to return the car

I bought a Kiger AMT on the 10 June 2024, driving it was a nightmare and I complained to the salesperson on the 16 June 2024 after a traumatic incident when the car lost power while driving a I was almost hit by a taxi. I asked for a help and told the guy that driving the car was giving me anxiety. He offered to come and show me how to drive the car, I told him I am coming to your dealership so that you guys can check the car as I am one driving it and I know something is wrong. Going there was a waste of time, they told me without even looking at the car that there is nothing wrong with the car. I then resorted on trying to get someone @ Renault SA, I managed to get in contact with them and I was referred to a different dealership that told me there is a defect in the car and it was not supposed to be sold to me. I thank the guy for actually saving my life cause only God knows what could have happened to me while driving a car that Renault claimed is is normal. After having the car with me for 13 days with less than 470km which I got with 67km, I asked Renault SA for a refund as I told them on the 6 day that their car give me anxiety, Renault SA is not taking me serious. When I send an email to them I am called by a different person asking me to explain why I want a refund. I have spoken to 4 different people about this matter including the manager of the dealership I bought the car from and he said only head office can assist with such. A journey of buying a new car that was supposed to be exciting for me and my child turned into a nightmare and a very traumatic time of my life. 13 days of having the car was the most stressful time and now Renault SA is continuing giving me sleepless nights. I regret the day I bought a Renault car. Renault SA please release me from this emotional torture. To me R290k is a lot of money
