Faulty car since it was brand new

I bought a CLIO IV in 2016 January ,after 2 weeks it didn't want to start then I called the dealer and they sent a technician and he said it's a factory fault.After some few day they sent a towing truck then after two weeks they called me and say I can come and collect my car .In 2019 it started showing check auto gearbox I took the car to Renault Bethal and they said they don't see any problem,2020 March I took the car for service and I reported again about the sign ,they did some of the service and told me to come back after 2 weeks because the technician that was working is servicing only trucks he didn't complete the whole service .When I came back they said again my car is fine they don't see any problem.In August I took the car back to Bethal with the same problem ,the manager took my car for test driving he came back and say the car is fine .Last month there was a new message that says check anti pollution system and didn't want take gears. I called Renault customer care they told me to wait because they want to call Bethal first and they will come back to me.On the 26 February Renault Bethal called and said I must bring the car ,i called my insurance for assistance,they came last week Friday and took my car to Bethal, around 16:30 they called and say I can come my car is fine there was an error in the computer box and they did fix that, on Saturday morning I went there took my car back home then after an hour the problem started again when I called them yesterday they said it's not their problem they did check and test drive the car and it was fine.Even now it's still doing the same problem
