Faulty car has me stranded

<p>I took in my car for a service yesterday,where they found my car has a gear fault, I had previously told them many times before about this problem and they would say nothing is wrong with the car. My problem now is I'm told my car has to stay in the garage for a week and I will not recieve a courtesy car. I feel that this is unfair for me to be stranded with no car when it is not my fault. You can not imagine the inconvenience that this will cause me. This car is not even three years old yet it is giving me problems.</p>
