Faulty brakes

I bought my RENAULT KIGER end of May 2022 from DEEPA a day later I noticed the brakes making a funny noise and thought it was normal because the brakes was still new as it was a BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!! It had less than 100km on the clock

I took my car to RENAULT EAST RAND about 2 weeks later as the noise got worse and its embarrassing for me to drive a brand new car with such noise!!!!

I got the car back that same day and was told by the lady dealing with the services that it was fixed.

About two days later the noise was back, I phoned again and they could only help me about a week later. I got there on the Monday morning, mentioning that my boyfriend and I need to get to work and they told me (ONLY WHEN I GOT THERE) there is nothing they can do about it, the only thing that will maybe help is to replace the front brake pads, but APPARENTLY warranty won’t pay for it, I WILL HAVE TO, which I WILL NOT DO, because I don’t even have 2000 km on the clock and its not a WARRANTY PROBLEM, its a MANUFACTURING FAULT!!!!!

I was told that I’m not the only one complaining about the brakes of the renault kiger making the noise, I was told to just lodge a complaint because if there’s lots of people complaining they will eventually call back all the kiger clients to have it fixed.

I phoned Renault East Rand and asked the receptionist if the Manager could phone me and I waited about 2 days!!!!

I was told by Deepa that I should phone customer care and lodge the complaint there, I talked to a guy named Sifiso and he said that he will phone me back, still not!!!!

I then asked Deepa to ask the manager to phone me (still 2 days later!!!!) The manager then phoned me this morning asking what the problem is wirh my car and he said that he would talk to some guy from the workshop and would come back to me with a solution around 11am and it is 19h00 and still no response!!!!!!

This is the absolute worst service and dealership I have ever dealt with !!!

When you want to purchase a car, they are quick to help and not to mention that Alta asked me if I wanted fixed or linked and I said fixed, she STILL PUT IT THROUGH AS LINKED!!!!! So I’m really not happy with RENAULT EAST RAND OR RENAULT SA

TOTALLY DISGUSTED

I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERY PERSON WANTING TO BUY A RENAULT THAT THEY WILL MAKE A BIG MISTAKE
