Faulty Brakes

I bought a Renault Duster 1.6 Dynamique in October 2014. From 13000km the brakes made a grinding noise. At the 15000km service the service consultant claimed that the brakes forms a glaze and that is where the noise comes from. I phoned the dealership again and they maintained that the noise is normal. I refuse to accept this and want the brakes replaced. I am dissapointed by the lies I have been told by workshop staff. If this is the ethic one can expect from Renault I will gladly move my bussiness elsewhere.
