FALSE INFORMATION

I trusted this brand soo much, after 2years of being such a loyal client, in 2018 I bought my car I asked all the relevant questions and the agent I bought the car answered all those question. I was informed that this car is under 5 year Warrantee(150KLM), My car was making a funny sound(broken Exhauster), called the agent he advised i take the car to the nearest Renault Braynston JHB and yes I did just that now I received a call stating that I am not covered, one disclosure they did not mention to me is that THEY **** about 5years. its actually 3 years of which its not even three that i have the car i bought it in 2018, meaning they start calculating from the day the day was actually made which my car was bought or taken to the store 2017 DEC... I am soooooooooo disappointed to the extent all my plans for buying another car with them are no longer going to happen.. what hurts more are the lies and stories we are being told for the sake of closing a sale. this is bad for the business and Renault is such a trusted brand for such bad image and lies to existing and new customers ..
