false advertising renault

purchased a renault kwid on the 13/04/19 added on the extreme pack which was R4300 upon receiving the vehicle according to the advertised accessories some were missing and not on the vehicle enquired with sales they said they will get back to me, however they did and i was told that was not included and had to be purchased separately, very dissappointed with renault with false advertising!
