Failure To Deliever

I bought a clutch kit at Renault Fountains Pretoria on 27 August 2015 for R2200. I was promised the kit will be available in four week however the 27 of October 2015 is two month. I visited the dealership on a number of occasions but the keep on shifting the blame to Renault South Africa. I have been driving the car without a clutch and my mechanic told me it might damage the gearbox.
