Failing to honor paint warranty policy

On the 13th of April I took my car to the dealership for paint warranty claim. I noticed some corrosion just above the windscreen edge and now claiming as per warranty. Dealership told me that the rust is not covered by the warranty Therefore they won't be doing anything about it.
