FACTORY STD CAR NOT SO STD

I bought a 'demo' Clio in Nov 2013. I was told it was a demo model and everything was factory std.<br> The alarm started giving trouble. When I asked Renault to look at it they told me it its an after market alarm so they cant help. My car now randomly locks its self - its auto locked within 2 seconds of closing the door.. keys in the car WITH MY 8 WEEK OLD BABY LOCKED IN THE CAR!!! I once again complained. Pta said if I drive all the way there they can MAYBE help me. (I bought it at Renault Fountains)<br> I have emailed Renault SA via their website. No response!!! Why should I have to drive around? I was sold my car with false information!!!<br> I want my nearest dealership to fix this problem!!!
