Extremely poor service

I have been battling with Renault for over 6 months now about a part which needs to be replaced on my aircon. I very seldom get any feedback from Renault and there is always an excuse as to why they can't answer me. I am at a loss as to what to do about the service. Am highly disappointed and would not recommend buying a Renault!!!
