Extremely painful experience. Stranded 4 times

I have been a client for 2 years and 2 different cars. I bought my car from Renault centurion, both of them. When I bought my second car, your sales consultant (not working there anymore) private messaged me to borrow money, I didn't do anything because I didn't want him to get fired, where I should have because he had all my financial statements. Since I bought the car, the kadjar, I have had system melfunctions 4 times. The first time they said its my starter. Then they wanted to keep my car for a month. Only to realise its working again and there was a tracker installed that I had no idea of in the car scrambling the computer. They disconnected it. Might I add I was stuck next to the road for 4 hours. After calling repeatedly for someone to help. Then the same system failure happened again. Then they say its my battery due to the previous problem that got damaged. I had to buy a new battery because my warranty didn't cover it. Also got stranded for an hour after I had to fetch my kids. Then it happened again, they said I should disconnect my battery and then it worked again. Now, a few days ago, I needed to go get food for my family in this pandemic, I contacted the branch manager and another person, they simply did not reply to me and just left me. How am I supposed to feel about this, I feel like giving the car back and asking for the contract to be sc****d and my money paid back. When u buy a car, you expect to have service and feel safe in any circumstances, I pay over R8000 a month. This is not acceptable and I want to make this public however once again I try and do a more. Asking for help but who is going to listen.. I am fed up with having a car that is supposed to be fairly new but not working.

Please get the people who services your client to adhere to their part.

I am gou g to put this everywhere if I don't get action taken. Through these times I don't have money to waste on a battery just to have the same problem. Now I'm broke and a broken car. Do you know what stress this outs me under.?????
