EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

My mother has been having a problem with her Renault Captur for over a month now. It started having issues with the gear box a week after she took it for service at Renault Mafikeng to this day they are still lying to her telling her stories saying that they have ordered the gearbox. This is really frustrating!

I’m extremely disappointed!!
