Extra car keys major issue.

<p>Morning Sir or Madam </p> <p> </p> <p>I herewith would like to express my disattisfaction with Renault because in 2011 October when I traded in my TATA for a Renault I was not given a spare key and when I inquired about it and I was told a spare key was not allocated because it is a demo car so there was no spare key. I asked again couple of years ago and same response. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am sitting with a huge problem because I do not have spare key. My handbag was ****** and in that handbag was my car key. How am I suppose to get around because I do not have a car key. Now I have to be calling locksmiths to make the extra keys and claiming from insurance and spending uneccessary money whereas this would have been avoided. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am really not impressed. </p> <p>I want someone from Renault to take responsibility for this matter because now I am sitting with a major issue and I am carless and I need to utilize my car. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards, </p> <p>Mpho Maphatsoe </p>
