Excellent treatment from Mathilda and Desmond

I took my car to Renault Northcliff for a scheduled service and have to say that I was impressed with the friendly attitude of both Desmond and Mathilda. From the time I booked in my vehicle to the time I collected it there was nothing but smiles and a willingness to assist me. My only gripe is a R500 quote for windscreen wipers but otherwise they really made me feel special. I do not work for Renault and have not been put up to compliment the company. I am just happy with the service. My business involves identifying and improving service quality and I have to give credit where it is due.
