Excellent Service - Renault Gateway

I wanted to take some time to commend Justin on the excellent and outstanding service I received with the compiling and execution of the recent purchase of my Renault Clio IV Dynamique.<br> <br> From the very first telephone call where I called to query about the car and deal structure he was extremely helpful and understanding of my requirements. <br> <br> He undertook all tasks required in the compiling of the deal so efficiently and with ease. It was always a pleasure liaising with him and I did not have to follow up with him not even once as he always kept me in the loop with everything. In the service industry this characteristic is so imperative in a salesman yet is lacking in most of them, sadly I have dealt with those and Justin has showed me that excellent service is still given.<br> <br> I would like to thank him for making my experience at Renault Gateway such a pleasant and memorable one and I will be sure to tell anyone interested in a Renault to come through and see him.<br>
