Excellent Customer Service

<p>I would like to compliment Karen for her excellent customer service, not only is she well equipped but she is patient and really knows how to explain the benefits one has. I took my car for the annual service at Alberton branch and the car was fixed. She also got me a courtesy call just to find out if everything was in order. I was treated unfairly at one of the branches that closed down where I initially bought the car (Melrose) and the branch closed down and I was told by the sales dealer that my service plan was for a five year term and that I had a maintenance plan of which I don’t talk about a reap off. If it wasn’t for Karen I wouldn’t have known that and I would have gotten a shock of my life.</p> <p>Thank you so much Karen you are a star.</p> <p> </p>
