Excellent Customer Service

We often complain about bad service but hardly ever compliment people / individuals who go the extra mile towards customer service.<br> <br> A week ago today I submitted an email query re: a second hand vehicle I was interested in. Armand made contact with me late Friday afternoon and we spoke about the options re: application of finance. During which he in the interim provided me with a better vehicle and a great deal. Offered and was willing to bring the vehicle to me to be test driven and then also do an assessment on my trade in. I didnt know service like this existed in SA.<br> <br> I took delivery of the vehicle yesterday after he kept me up to date on the progress the developments etc each day.<br> <br> He promised delivery on Thursday afternoon and at 14:00 he was ready with my deal, the vehicle was washed and had all the extra ad-ons which I requested.<br> <br> His service is impeccable and he treats each client with utmost respect and ensures that your needs are catered for.<br> <br> I wish we had more Armand's in Companies as he is a true gem, and asset to your firm. Competent, well informed and knows the vehicle. He treats you with respect and understands the meaning of the word CUSTOMER SERVICE.<br> <br> Thank you!!
