Excellent Customer Experience!!!

I contacted the Renault Northcliff branch late on Thursday afternoon to request a booking to bring my wife's car in due to mechanical issues. I was promptly assisted by Noelle who arranged a booking the next day. Matilda was our customer service liaison and as always (for the past couple of years) was friendly, helpful, organized and as thorough as ever. She is truly an asset to the Northcliff team. Each interaction we've had with the Renault Northcliff branch over the past 5 -6 years has been an absolute pleasure. The level of customer service is of the highest standard. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of the mechanics that assisted with looking at the problem as there were no unnecessary charges incurred. As a consumer, one can merely salute the level of integrity and honesty in an industry which is adversely affected by the current economic downturn. Well done to the entire Renault Northcliff team!!
