A4 – 75 000km Service conducted on 27/12/2023 at Renault Heidelberg.
On the 16/01/2023 I reported again to Renault and Liquid Capital that my car has a water leak, I was advised to speak to Renault Heidelberg, I spoke to Charlene about the issue, she advised that we should not be concerned that the vehicle will hold the water level after some time.
I continued to use my vehicle based on the information that I was given, on the 24/02/2023 while driving to Soweto I heard a knocking noise from the vehicle, There was no alarm notification on the dash of the vehicle. I proceed to the nearest safe stop and checked the vehicle, I noticed the water level was low and put additional water in the vehicle thereafter I tried to start my vehicle and it would not start. I have asked them to pull out call recordings for that when service provider have me this false information now, they telling they don't record calls and they cant refer back to that conversation. Please assist Renault is trying take food out my kids mouth by this is day light ******* where will I get R30 000 or more to fix mistakes they are liable for
