Empty promises and bad service

Last month I brought a car RENAULT KING-SMITH DURBAN under IMPERIAL SELECT DURBAN and the car is still under motor plan and maintenance plan but I discover that the front headlights is adjustable i report mater to service manager they take my for assessment they told me that they don't have spares after a month i send a email to remand them because they don't update me.
