Duster Problems

I bought a diesel Duster from BB Auto Mokopane and took delivery of the vehicle the 30/7/14. As I drive out of the display area I notice a vibration on the vehicle. I immediately turn back to the dealer and said what was the problem. They send the vehicle for wheel balancing but that did not solve the problem. The excuse was that I must drive the vehicle for a few thousand km`s so that the tyres can set. On 9000 km I took the Duster to BB Auto Polokwane. Just to tell me that the wheel pressure was not right. When the first service was done at 15000km I complaint about the same problem to them. I told them that between 2000 - 2250 rpm when driving steady there is a NOTICEABLE VIBRATION inside the vehicle. All that BB Auto done was swapped the wheels around.
