DUSTER BE CAREFULL!

i bought a new Renault Duster from the Port Elizabeth dealer March 2019 and 4 days after taking delivery i contacted the sales person regarding the rusted wheel nuts. All the nuts on all 4 wheels are rusted (like an old pipe) a month later he took a look and refer the matter to the "head office" . I had to phone to find out when i can expect the replacement of all the nuts. I was told that they will polish them. I live by the sea and this is the first time that I hear you can 'POLISH" the rust of. I do not expect this type of service and defaults on a new car. I regret buying this car as the service is pathetic.
