Dont trust Renault to honour factory warranty
My wife and I bought a Sandero in Nov 2014. At the time we paid extra for a factory warranty. Three months after having bought the car we noticed an ugly mark appearing on the bonnet. We reported it to Renault Hatfield where the service manager took a photo of the mark and referred us to a panelbeater for a report. Their panel beater determined that the mark is the result of poor paint preparation on the original paintwork. We sent this report to Renault Hatfield who then processed a claim to Renault HQ. Renault HQ is refusing to repair the vehicle saying that from the photo supp**** by the service manager they recon it was caused by bird droppings.

I have a few questions:
1. How does Renault HQ determine better from a photo what caused the mark than do their own preferred panel-beater that physically inspected the car?
2. How does bird poo burn through multiple layers of factory paint when the car is washed regularly and never parked under a tree to pick up bird droppings in the first place?
3. Is a factory warranty worth anything if some anonymous pen-pusher in an office somewhere can simply disregard it?
