Dont push me - words of Dealer Principal to me

<p>I am livid to the point of no return. I have logged a complaint againt Renault Centurion - the Dealer Principal there calls me and starts shouting all I hear is them and them no acknowledgement of me as the customer and the matter at hand. Then he tells me "don't push me" at that point I dropped the call cause I will not be threatned by anyone just cause they have putted wrong parts on my vehicle. So I must be a mute???? Renault such appauling customer service totally unacceptable</p>
